Conrad Hotel - Brussels - Belgium

One of our favorite hotel to stay and to hang out. Not so much into dining experience there though, as their Café Wiltcher does not provide a consistent and good quality food. Some of the waiting staff are quite ignorant and too much into themselves. But luckily, the Loui Bar is there to compensate. It has great atmosphere and friendly staff. You can have your meal there too. If there is a downside about the bar is the fumoir – smoking room. They do not have a very good smoke extractor and they rarely open the window to let the air circulate. Alternatively, you can smoke at the terrace, though it can get a bit breezy during winter season. But overall, it is just a cozy place to socialize with friends or family. Oh by the way, they mix very good cocktails too…

When it comes to the rooms, you certainly will not be disappointed. Even the classic room offers you a good size room and bathroom with tasteful furnishing. Standard amenities such as mini bar, tea and coffee making equipment are in place. Above all, we can confidently put the Conrad bed on the top of our list. Perfect firmness matrass and fluffy pillows ensure you once you dunk yourself onto it, you would not want to get up.
