Casual dining place located at the fourth level of Grand Hyatt Jakarta offers large selections of Chinese and European cuisine. From peking duck to steak and lobster thermidor (fresh from the tank). Ideal for business lunch or stop over for shopaholics before they continue exploring luxurious boutiques at Plaza Indonesia. C’s has extensive wine and champagne collections for you to choose to compliment every dish you order. The open kitchen allows you to see the chefs in action preparing your meal from scratch. You will feel entertained even if you dine on your own. One downside we have noticed from our several visits at C’s was the punctuality of the closing time. The staff would start diner preparation at 2.30 PM regardless the fact that you were still there in the middle of your meal. They will not ask you to leave but do not be surprised with clunking noise that they purposely created to make your stay uncomfortable. Try to arrive at their opening time to give yourself plenty of time to appreciate your meal.
